The staff exhibited exceptional hospitality and went the extra mile to assist us, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed and breakfast feel of the hotel, combined with the attentiveness of the staff, added a personal touch to our experience.On the other hand, the room, although comfortable, may not fully align with the expected standards of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast and dinner offerings were satisfactory, with a decent variety, including the delightful addition of prosecco. The dog-friendly policy was a nice touch, catering to pet owners.While the location and service were commendable, the value proposition in terms of room quality and facilities might warrant a reevaluation. If seeking a cozy and welcoming ambiance, coupled with a helpful team, Hotel Diana could be the right fit for your stay in Prosecco land.
